I have purchased a roll of stainless steering cable to resell. I had to buy 500' to get it. It's aircraft cable and is incredible to work with. I had been buying it from somebody in San Diego and he ran out and never replaced it. So I did, because once you do a boat in this stuff you will never go back. It is very tightly wound and it results in a very flexible steering cable that is smooth to the hand and bends like nothing you have ever seen in a cable. Your wrap around the quadrant is so easy and also the other end where you clamp.
I am selling for 1.50 a foot and you will pay shipping. The average flat bottom takes around32 to 38 feet...so the investment is minimal compared to your other parts...lol
