    Default One lousy piston?

I just need one 4.098 396 BBC stock cast piston. It is a 325 HP from 1967. If you have the 375 with the higher dome I will machine it down. Can't believe finding even a new one is so hard. HELP!!!

Thanks for the reminder. I haven't seen Jim in many years, didn't even cross my mind. But I bet your right, he does have a real collection there. Mark

It is the piston OD. The bore is 4.110. I really appreciate it. Thanks, Mark

    Default Cool Barry

Thanks for the info on the motor origination it will no doubt help in the quest for the piston. You hanging around for the fourth? I'm gonna be over at Rio Colorado with my So.Cal. loco friends most of the weekend it looks like. We will be in a Magic that has Laker colors in a flag pattern, can't miss that float. Maybe I'll catch ya on the fly by and we can pop a beer or two. Mark
