The rotors ride in precision hi speed bearings that are timed by steel gears and have nylon plugs installed in the lightening holes to push more boost into the intake manifold to boost the power level. Top opening is 10.50" x 4.50" and a retro pie bottom opening. This blower has been drilled in the rear four spots for fuel nozzles and this blower will accept a Bug, Bird, or most of todays Carbon Fiber injectors with a 13.250" on center bolt pattern. Blower has fresh Teflon strips and new seals and is ready to go racing. Just got rebuilt by RBS Superchargers and is fresh, has not been run. $2700.00
I'm no blower expert, I'll leave that to my buddy lolyfe, but that's definitely not an 8-71.

I never ran the blower, so I could not tell you. These blowers at this level were all custom ordered/ made and were over $5000 new.
