    Default 427 small block chevy

Not sure if anyone on this site will have any interest but I will throw it out there. I am selling a 427 inch small block chevy. I have everything to put it together for the exception of lifters and gaskets. All of the parts are new in the box except the heads and rockers which have about 5 hours of use. All machine work and balancing is done. Dart little m, Manly 4340 4 inch stroke crank, 6 inch manley h beams, manley pistons and file fit rings, clevite bearings, dart iron eagle heads, comp billet roller cam, double roller timing chain, high volume pump, performer rpm intake, comp pro magnum rockers, stud girdles. Asking $5800, make an offer Mark (209)-747-2715

I got bit by the big inch big block bug a few years ago and things have snowballed into an 8 second street car so this has to go. The pistons have a 4cc dome, the heads are 72cc chamber so when its set up correctly it will be in the neighborhood of 12 to 1, heads have been cleaned up, cam is 248/254 @ .050, and .577/.583 lift with 1.5 rockers. It's a hydraulic grind, but it's a billet core so solid or hydraulic at this point, builders choice. Shoot me an offer, I need to move this stuff!!!!! I had a 421 small block in the hotrod before and at 3700 lbs it was good for 11.50's with the same cam

    Intake manifold?
Mines not too different, only a smaller carby and 2 sizes smaller bore. Be a month or 2 till its dyno'd. I was only hopping for 400hp.

Just had a look at the cam .448 lift and 282 duration??? I think? Being in a boat ya didn't want it too lumpy.
