    This item is used for rotating the engine motor over by hand to perform engine tasks, such as setting lifters, and other tasks.

    I've seen these in person and yes they are "Bad Ass" and useful as well. Chris does and excellent job of machining them. He also makes many other items including flywheels. Give him a call. You will be glad you did and it will help fund his circle racing program.

    What material is it made of, also how thick is it? Will I need longer flywheel bolts?

    Material is 6061 and it is .25 thick....flywheel bolts are your call.

    does it matter if your turning your engine clock-wise or counter clock when setting rocker / valve lash?
    the video would be turning it counter clock wise if looking at the front of the engine...
    I wouldn't think it would really matter, base circle is base circle....

    Chris has some great stuff

    Bought his prop bullet and it made a huge difference to my boat. Also have the ratchet adapter, stainless crows foot and bought his billit flywheel it's a little under 7lbs, (fidenzas are 13ish) his work is top notch.
