It's a deal at that price, since the stuff is in "ready to run" condition, all polish is fresh, photos can't really show how clean and nice it is I think. It was all here until he had to pull the plug on his project.

    If it's a 9380, it's the Holley "race" 850

The horsepower rating on the Banks engines and kits was actually dependent on how much boost, which was governed by bypass holes in the exhaust housings. Unfortunately while it was here, I never spent too much time looking at the turbo parts, since we were unable to get the engine completed due to some issues.

Note that this kit has the water cooled exhaust housings, and a later model dual intercooler than most of the ones I have seen for sale. It also has the larger exhaust elbows necessary for the larger boost/horsepower setup. When I worked for banks, the "big" one was 850 HP,, including Arias pistons and Carrillo rods, but maintaining the GM LS6 crank.

I have a similar system but with two 850 carbs and made 1050 hp on a 532 with 19 lbs of boost. The turbos were too small and can't maintain that boost number it drops of to 14 to 15 in the boat. It has been very reliable and makes decent power.

The small Rajay or Rotomaster turbos that were used with those early kits were originally chosen to work with a 454 cubic inch engine. Even as some of the customers tried using them on 496 cu in engines, they found that they needed larger turbo housings.
