    Do they have much restriction? These slip right in the headers with ease? Do they help in reducing noise level?

    Yes, these mufflers have the block in the center of the muffler. They definitely take the obnoxious bark out of open headers. The last time I used them was in my flat (avatar pic) with water injection and the motor still spun over 7,000 with a 25 gear. I didn't feel any significant performance loss.

    albert, your best bet and not to get hassled by johnny law down here are the ones sangermike posted. those work really well.
