    Default WTB/trade for/ Eagle 6.385 rods, (5)

I need to find a broken set of Eagle 6.385 rods to reassemble a couple of PS engines and get two PS boats back on the water. I need rods, and 2 Arais 4.310 13:1 pistons for the 6.385 rod, and 4" stroke.... I have all sorts of SBC/BBC stuff as well as V drives and parts to trade.... Jet hulls, trailers, wave runners, 9" Ford 54" flange to flange rear end assembly w/4.11s and a mini spool, a couple of small HP outboards.... Also assorted Olds stuff, and/or an Olds powered Tahiti.....

PS I added the bore size, +.060

Be careful trying to match eagle rods, they changed weight somewhere along the line and it was cheaper for me to buy new ones then make my old ones match the new.....

Ray, Scott over at Dyno-flo in Vegas sells Eagle rods individually. Hondoboat is right about the weights though. We had to take 10 grams off the big ends of 2 new rods to get them to match an older set. Managed to do it, but if it had been any more, don't think I could have. If I had to pay labor, probably would have been cheaper to buy a whole set....

I want to end up with two engines.....So robbing one to build the other won't work...

    Default Thanks to all

Thanks to all that have responded here and thru PMs. Not surprised though, the PB family, and the circle boat family, have a way of coming through in the pinch.. Still looking for the Arais pistons....4.310 13:1 for 6.385 and 4" stroke......
    Thanks, Ray
