Default Vintage 461 camel hump "fuelie" heads

Anyone building/restoring a vintage SBC? I've got a set of "461" "fuelie" camel hump heads w/o acc. holes. Fresh, about 10-15 hours use ago.. $150. OBO Heads are in Newbury Park Ca.

    Default heads

Do they have screw in or press in studs? I have a circle track buddy looking for a set.

    Default Guessing...

Guessing, my money would be on 1.940s based on the space between the valves... The casting book says it could be either, but I don't remember any stock 2.02s back when these heads were the "hot ticket" for your grocery getter 283/327.. If it is important I can get a for sure measurement, but I'm almost sure they're 1.940s/1.500 stockers.. I think the 2.02/1.6 would triple the price easily!!!

    Default New SE class legal...

These heads are still available, and I'm pretty sure they are "spec'd" legal for the new "Sportsman E" class starting up in APBA circle racing....
