    Default Bbc allum heads

    Selling a pair of sonny leonard chevy bowtie heads 861's with much work done to them they have 117cc chambers and have 2.30int and 1.88 ex valves all new arp studs, guid plates, titanium retainers, valves, springs, valves are ferrea and the ex valves are enconels made for high heat aplications ready to bolt on and make mucho HP a sacrifice at $2500 Also have stud girdles made for these heads brand new from reher morrison will thow in for an extra $150

    is that a repaired guide in the frist pic the second hole from the left
    and why some new valves in one head and some used in the other just looking at the pics ??
    and sonnys heads are stamped sonnys in the casting
    are these stock gm heads built by sonny ??

    iam interested just a few questions
    and where are they located??

    X-2 THEY LOOK LIKE ANY SHOP DID THEM??? I THOUGHT SONNYS STAMPED EVERYTHING THEY WORK ON????

    To answer your question yes they are done buy sonny his stamping is on the front of the heads it says sonnys automotive they were done back in the late 90s and were sent back to him last year for refresh, these heads are gm bowtie heads 861 castings that were used in the prostock days when first came out. They made two versions i have the second ones which were better and came with 380 int runners and 115 chambers out of the box they came out in the 90s and sonny did lots of trick work to them and they flow like a mother****er, had them on my tall deck 598 and it dynoed at 1060+hp so it goes to show you these heads work... As far as the valves you see in the pic they are all new all the same, the only repair is one stud boss up on the top of the head that sonny took care of other then that they are top notch, id keep em but i switch over to an achohol blower setup with 18*solid heads let me know if your interested...
