How would you ship it? Isnt it considered Hazmat?

I have a ton of Halon Extinguishers just collecting dust.

A little FYI back to you would be... fire extinguishers are permitted with no disclosure as long as they do NOT contain methyl bromide, which mine does not. This according to USPS when I called them today.
The HazMat list is very long.... though most things are permitted like perfumes, fire extinguishers, etc. with conditions. The list is rediculously long.
