Life is all about ass, you're either covering it, hauling it, laughing it off, kicking it, kissing it, busting it, trying to get a piece of it, or behaving like one.

As someone said just up your deductions so you get more in you check. Then when the IOU is redeemable you just put it into an account and pay it at the end of the year.

If enough people did this we could bankrupt this pathetic state. with our bond rating already in the shitter they would not be able to borrow enough to maintain all of their lib programs.

In fact i wonder if this could be used as a tool for republicans to fight back against the libs.

yes, but 10 people, or 100, or 1000 wouldn't be that much of an impact. Now if we could organize a million or more we could definably get their attention. Problem is the libs would just rob the schools or something useful to fund the freebies to the lazy deadbeats and baby factories..........Ray

It is that pink elephant of social programs that nobody wants to see.

Just my opinion, but maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder!

Not a good idea. If you owe the state more than $200 in taxes at the end of the year, you will be penalized for not making correct deductions or quarterly payments.

refund every year.... not this year.
