Exploding targets are cool and fun to shoot!
Littering our deserts is the problem would have rather seen a video of somone loading that dryer in thier truck and taking it to the dump, and people wonder why our deset is in the the process of being shut down.
I don't see a difference in blowing up a dryer in the desert and throwing trash and bottles in the river.
    Flame away!

true. But it does show they are not the best shot. Maybe a bigger target next time like a side of a moutain.

Was that a "designated" shooting area? Where my dad lives, there's a range like that. Everyone takes all their unwanted shit there and shoots it all full of holes, then drives away. We try to load up as much stuff as we can every time we leave. We pack out our stuff and a ton of other peoples also. One time some idiot left a car there, a F*&#%[email protected] CAR!!!!!!! How/who is going to move that out? That thing looked like it had 10,000 holes in it. Some body had some heavy hitting hardware, engine block had been penetrated 3 times!
Lets just hope the thread starter did the right thing and cleaned up the best he could.
