    Thumbs up

Thanks again for all the advice.
Today my Will and Living Will were finalized and signed...looks like I'm 'good to go'...(pardon the pun)
I usually don't have very much nice to say about attorneys however...this guy was a saint and treated me like gold.

As for potential family members contesting your will; leave them a negligible
amount of $$ and state that if they contest anything in the will they receive nothing.

Very good advice and the trust portion is correct. I will say if you have a complicated estate [high worth property and multiple LLC's] you better get real legal help. Why! well when you facing problems as a result of self help in Probate Court it is a nightmare and will cost you a ton more money to correct.

Don't be a cheap azz get it done right and sleep good. As for trusts make sure the property is moved into the trust itself... title etc...

I already said too much good luck.

KAP sounds like a lawyer. Ha ha. He is 100 percent dead on right.

I am a lawyer too. Worst mistake someone can make going cheap on this stuff. It costs 100 times more later when the problem arises.........

To me, all of this nonsense sounds like ANY ONE of the following:

"I have a blown alky hydro that goes 165 mph at Camp Far West

(or a 42 foot fountain that goes 170 mph in the frigging ocean)
(or a Lambo Murcielago Super Ligera that does 195 mph on US 395 North)

Can someone tell me the cheapest possible life jacket (or cheapest tires, in the case of the Lambo) that I can buy?

    Unreal.
