    That sucks. I've always worried when I had rented storage units because it's so easy for the folks on either side of you to gain access to your stuff.

    Even if you signed a contract that says you are responsible for insurance and they cover nothing. You may still have a claim against the facility. If there are mitigating circumstances, such as: They promised an on duty guard, and ther was none. Their employee failed to lock the gates properly. They have been made aware of thefts in the past and made no actions in any way to prevent future thefts. An employee was involved. There is a host of reasons. What do they do to back up their clam of a "secure" storage facility in their advertismens?

    I found these under the front deck today while cleaning out the boat, full of greasy fingerprints...hopefully the cops can find the dirtbag!!!!

    Would be great if they left a clean set of prints and they are on file......crossing fingers for you.......
