    Yep have run into that many times while looking for other locations as well.....

    I didn't realize Las Vegas had so much for sale.......with much of it being repos/HUD's.
    Rainbow Row as we call it is an active area especially at night, near Rainbow and Vegas, Washington and Rainbow, Lake Mead and Rainbow area has gotton A LOT worse in the past 10 years. Owning a property in that area is not for the weak hearted...I would let the realtor and rental agency deal with the whole thing from start to finish (if i was an out of towner). There is a reason it is so cheap.

    Heck my wife has a nice condo in Vegas. Rainbow and west cliff... 45k. But the hoa dues are $200 a month
