No, and they can not enter into any part of your living quarters back yard is part of your living quarters.

Laws are different in every state. If it was registered in Arizona, the bank had a UCC1 on the boat. If CA. they were on title. Who knows, maybe they had a court oder to get the boat. Don't really know the exact circumstances of this reposession

When I was young I repo'ed cars. If I was caught in someones garage and detained, YA Right, I could be arrested. If I was hooked to it and in the street nothing they could do. Do have some memory's from them days. One of these days I will tell you about the white Corvette.

Pay you friggin bills and if you can't, don't be a sniveling little bitch when the repo company comes for it. I love this "entitlement" mentality that you see on the Repo TV shows.

Just my opinion, but maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder!

My guess would be there is a locked gate and maybe cars in the way. If they cause any property damage, I'm sure they would be responsible. I bet they could get that crane out there for $300.00 bucks. Easy money for the crane op when times are slow.

Those show are fake. I know a very well know boat shop owner that was asked to help repo a boat for the show. It was his customers boat that the show rented for the day and used him for the expert mechanic to repo it.

It's all fake and there is no such thing as repo's because every pays their bills.
