Thumbs down Feds order Florida to halt ongoing push to remove ineligible voters from rolls

TALLAHASSEE, Fla – Federal authorities are demanding that Florida halt its push to remove ineligible voters from the voter rolls.

In a move that comes just months before the state could play a pivotal role in the 2012 presidential election, the U.S. Department of Justice contends that the state is violating federal law in its effort to identify and remove ineligible voters.

The state's effort has already come under fire from local election supervisors who belong to both political parties, as well as Democratic members of Congress and voting rights groups.
Chris Cate, a spokesman for the Florida Department of State, said state officials were still reviewing the letter, but hinted Florida may fight federal authorities.

Yep and people like CFCSFM(that would be Z) keep saying registration fraud does not lead to voting fraud. Yet this quote puts things into perspective "Florida, at the urging of Republican Gov. Rick Scott, began looking for non-U.S. citizens on its voter rolls last year. An initial search turned up as many as 182,000 registered voters who may not be U.S. citizens." Seems the only way the Dems can win is by fraud. Which is nothing new as Dems have been well known for cheating, lying, fear mongoring, and election fraud to get thier way.

If you voted for Obama to prove you were not racist, then you better find someone else to vote for to prove your not stupid.

Yep but people like our resident CFCT nut say it's just a corperate takeover. Our #1 problem in this country is WE DO NOT ENFORCE THE LAWS WE ALREADY HAVE. The libs can't get the laws changed so while they are in power they just ignore them. And the worst part is they sue to take away state sovegrnty that they have for a reason. To keep the Fed from overrunning the states.

This is embarassing, and outrageous, the Dems have been saying voter fraud is miniscule and we are crazy for even mentioning it.

I think the Feds are more agenda driven whereas Zombie is more set on ideology. I agree that not only do we not enforce our current laws, states are punished when attempting to do so.

We Arizonians have most definitely noticed. We also notice that when we do take matters into our own hands, some here cry like children for doing so.

I also blame the corrupted two party system....The two party system has created a similar concentrated power scenario as the "Too big to fail" banking system has.......All these few powerful political and economic corrupted systems need to be broken up......More numerous banks = more safety and diversified risks......More political parties = diversified power and less risks of corruption with too much power.....rule by consensus is safer.
The American system, both economically and politically has been hijacked by too few powerful and corrupted entities......Serious restructuring is needed ASAP !!

Despite claims that he's really a liberadependent, it's a bonus for his democrat party to have all these extra registered voters.

Yep. Including refusing to look in the BC issue, and punishing any state that does. You can prove he is a foriegn fraud if you aren't allowed to look.
If CONGRESS says he is a citizen, he is a citizen. If CONGRESS says Juan Gonzales Hernadez is a citizen, then he is a citizen. I don't see the problem with letting non citizens vote for a non citizens for POTUS. You either enforce ALL the laws, and enforce them to the fullest extent, or forget the whole fucking idea that you have to be a citizen to be POTUS as well as to vote.
You morons are asking plain citizens for more proof just to vote, than you are asking some fraudulent POS socialist bastard child of a foreign communist muzzie, and his socialist common law wife.

You have a higher standard for a voter than the POS he is trying to vote for. Go figure!
