Default His sole piece of signature legislation is looking much less than stellar!

Instead of dealing with a struggling economy, job losses, debt spiraling out of control and facing the facts of "Fast and Furious" this administration is preparing for the supreme court's dismissal of his signature legislation. A new Associated Press-GfK poll found that 47% of respondents said they oppose the healthcare law, little changed from previous findings. Only 21% of independent respondents said they support it, a new low. Looks like they are posturing for the ultimate "Anti-Constitutional" move of all. Circumventing the Supreme Court Ruling. I believe it's time for Congress to step in and impeachment proceedings to begin.

It has been reported that Obama's former Solicitor General, and recent appointment to the bench Elena Kagan, has leaked to Obama the courts vote of last Friday was 5/4 to strike down Obama's health care law.

Now, they're scrambling to circumvent all US Rule of Law in an effort to mandate KenyanKare despite all laws of the land, Supreme Court included.
