Default And You wonder Why The EPA is Out Of Control

Seems the EPA is at it again trying to find ways to fine refineries to jack up the cost of fuel for some stupid reason that has nothing to do with protection of anything. This is why we are going down the road we are. And when people advocate the elimination of the EPA's uncontrolled power.

EPA is nothing but out of control. I think the only thing they answer to is a judge after someone blows their life saving on lawyers trying
to shut them down. It didn't seem like any of the repub. candidates wanted to mess with them except newt. He said he had every intention ditching them if he got elected but i think it would be a major effort to do anything more cut their funding a little.
I can't help but wonder how much all the crap games they have going on, actually cost us..Hell i bet their payroll alone would fund a small country. It's like people who make regulations needs to be regulated....or castrated....maybe fornicated.

Anyone who believes this government is NOT out of control is simply lost - out of touch and severely uninformed.

EPA is congress...Congress are the ones who fund them and they are the ones that write the laws/rules/regulations for everything in site and they are the ones who let EPA run rampant. 17000 employees...everyone of them hell bent on on the pristine preservation of every grain of sand on the planet irregardless of the cost...Yep...they were responsible for cleaning up the air in so. cal.
Thank you..it was plenty bad in the 70's
All done now,go home..better yet,got to salt lake..the air there is nasty. We don't need anymore laws against anything, regulations for anything and for sure no more government employees running around trying to look busy.
