I guess some people feel the need to rationalize their dissapointment after a loss of this magnitude. How sad.

All the liberal loons can high five each other all they want. Come Nov, the sad realization that their Grand Leader is a complete failure as shown by the VOTE! of working middle class Americans.

The more details I learn about his opinion.I think maybe he is ahead of the curve.I do think he is saying if the people don't like it get off your butts and do something about it in nov as it should be.

Roberts and the court clearly stated the individual mandate must be seen as a tax in order for it to be mandated. Now the Kenyan has lied one more time about his campaign promise to NEVER raise taxes on anyone who makes less than $250K because this applies to the middle class as much as anyone and they just got hammered with a new, very unwelcome tax that he'll have to explain himself away from come November.

Another hurdle for the man in the golf cart.

Maybe he'll blame it on Bush.

Obama and his ship of rats, this is the dems anchor and they are all tied to it. Now the voters can throw them overboard and see if they will sink or swim

I think the Court was wise to put it back in congress hands and let the voters have a wack at it in Nov.

I can't wait for the tv ad's featuring the top dems and Obama saying this is not a tax and you can keep your doctor

How the dems are going to throw gliter on this piece of shit is going to be interesting

The judge is right if you vote for shitheads then you deal with their Shit or vote them out, thats your job as a voter !

This could also have a big affect on congresional elections this year also. Many will campaign to repeal OCare. We know a large majority want it scrapped or changed, and with the dems they will get niether.
If you voted for Obama to prove you were not racist, then you better find someone else to vote for to prove your not stupid.

Yeah, not really. The IM is not a tax. The penalty you will be charged if you refuse to purchase health insurance is a tax. That is why it falls under the congressional power to tax, and why it is constitutional according to the SC.

Splitting hairs... It was said there wouldn't be additional taxation involved with the health care law & there is, no two ways about it.

I think Roberts overstepped and became another judicial activist. His rational for making a fine a tax has other implications on other future taxes that can be imposed.

The libtards went to extreme lengths to convince the American public the IM was NOT a tax, yet the SC upheld the law solely based on the FACT it IS a tax.....Not only is it a TAX, it will be seen as the largest tax increase on the working middle class in history......
