Doesn't have to yet. The house can hang on to it and send it after the Nov elections. If the Senate is taken over by the Reps they can pass it. The big thing is wether Romney wins or not. O would never sign it.
If you voted for Obama to prove you were not racist, then you better find someone else to vote for to prove your not stupid.

"The House has voted more than 30 times to scrap, defund or undercut the law since Obama signed it in March 2010."

That's nice. On the one hand I enjoyed this story. But there is a ton of other stuff to do. Anybody see a budget?

Nope, no new budget... It's a big pissing match...

AND with the whole OBamacare / individual mandate / S.C. hearings and rulings / bill to overturn we are looking at taking about 1/4 billion dollars MINIMUM, putting it in a dumpster, pouring gas on it and flicking a match in there... POOF... GONE... Way to go OBLAIMO...

Ahhhhhhhhh but it is the Senate that is to come up with the budget. Since it is controlled by Dems. And Dems see no need for a budget, you get no budget. BUDGET!! WE DON'T NEED NO STINKING BUDGET!!!!!!!!!!

Requires a supermajority. Would take more than just 51 votes in the Senate. The GOP would have to sweep almost all 33 seats in the election and that won't happen.

Why? I thought Roberts re-writing the mandate to a tax made it a 51 vote.

I have also read that even without the supermajority, if the GOP wins the White House, holds the majority in the House and and takes control of the Senate, that they could use reconciliation to defeat the bill.

In the mean time, instead of the repeat vote from House Republicans to repeal it, they should get on board with Michelle Bachman and Jim Jordan to vote to defund any action that has to do with implementing the bill. I guess this is where we will see who really wants to repeal Obamacare.

    Doesn't have a budget...It does have an over-budget....last i heard 3.2 trillion....started @ 900 billion....
It will never ever fly...nobody wants it...Problem is how much money
will get wasted appealing a law that wastes money?
The sick and wrong thing is..no matter what happens obamacare wasn't a waste to the twisted left in their never ending desire to crash the economy....

Other then symbolic right now it is meaningless. All attention needs to be on the election and getting rid of the clown posse. Romney already stated to he would work to repeal it but it would have to get by the senate first and that is not going to happen with the libby idiots in there right now.

No problem. Romney can just use his EO power to give exemptions to every state and every citizen. The Senate can de fund it, (Tax), with a simple 51 vote majority.....

The MAIN reason for this vote was to back the dems into an "on the record" vote knowing a huge majority of actual voters do not want obamacare.... obama KNOWS his base is toast. They are no longer motivated. This election can't produce a "first" of anything.... Clinton was/is the only dim to get a second term since, when? Eisenhower's Presidency?? Kennedy might have, LBJ bailed out, Carter was almost tarred and feathered as he left.....
