Default Looks like we have gun control now

With everyone scared that gun laws are coming you cant find a gun right now!!! the gun show in Ontario was out of control (never seen that many people at a show) and if you were looking for AR or Glock parts good luck, guess the bad guys are going to have to wait and save some more money if they want to do somthing crazy with a gun,I guess its back to knifes and blunt force trauma.

I was going to buy an AR10, but waited until after the election. Right after that I doubled my order. Not available. I'll have to survive with what I have I guess.

***disclaimer, I sold all my guns to some guy named "Bill".***

Wonder how many of them voted for Obama, Feinstein and Boxer?

I think there would have been more, but they were standing in line at the gun stores.

Check private party salses on websites like CalGuns, AR15.com, M4.com, etc. Plenty pf people trying to capatalize on the frenzy. The prices are obscene, but the inventory is out there.

Ya I kick myself for not buying some at the last gun show in Costa Mesa,I could heve bought 3 JD lowers for $99 each,I picked up a Yankee Hill 24' predator upper for $375 complete wth CGB and a 20' Bush Master preator upper for $475 both are worth $750 to $1000 now, again this is one way to keep bad guys from buying guns!!!!

I immediately started looking after the shooting. I am in good shape, don't get me wrong, but you never know.
I ended up ordering (2) 80% uppers from Quentin Defense. I was still checking a couple days later. I ordered (5) more from some guy in Lousiana. Forgot his name.
80% lowers are not finished. "It requires special skills and tooling to complete. Thus they are nothing more than paperweights that DO NOT HAVE TO BE REGISTERED". batf
So, since they don't exist, I don't have them.
    Look into it.

I sold most of my guns at the show. It is legal due to the "gun show loophole". I didn't get the guys name. I still have a double barrel black powder shotgun that was my grandpas, though.

Give it a few months for the hysteria to subside and I'll bet things will calm down. Prices may not come all the way back to what they were a month ago, but demand will come down and there will be inventory again. I think Obama knows he would be biting off more than he wants to chew right now pushing gun control. Just look at the amount of people that have been buying guns and ammo since he was elected in '08. That's going to be a big mountain to climb and I think they'll try to do it in bites, this tragedy being just another bite.

I bought an XD Tactical 9MM the week before SH. I got stuck on some kind of back ground hold by the DOJ for some reason and I still am waiting for my pistol. No one can tell me what the hold is all about, other than they are overwhelmed. I've never had this happen before. I do plan on completing my wish list once there's inventory again just so if and when they may be needed I won't have to be caught by surprise again. Two, maybe 3 more purchases and that's it.

You'd think. Probably because everyone else was smart enough to have already left CA.
