Out of all the major banks I've dealt with I dislike BofA the most for many reasons, now including this one.

If you bank with B of A close your account. If your a CFO or know one, ask the board to find another bank. If your a shareholder of any company that is doing business with B of A, send them a letter objecting. Do you need a loan, find another bank. Know someone who will default on a loan, send them to B of A. This is the American way. Put the MF's out of business. B of A certainly deserves to be treated harshly.

Hmm, a couple banks have been fined heavily for dealing with terrorists. That will probably be O's next move, lean on the banks by saying the gun dealers might be terrorists or selling arms to terrorists.

This story has been kicked around since the middle of last year. Something is not all that it seems to be. At the same time this supposedly took place, B of A had just signed a 250 million deal with
Freedom Group. You know, Remington, Bushmaster, Panther, Marlin etc. Doesn't exactly sound like they are all that anti gun to me.

I watched it today. I think it was more of a regional issue, not a corporate issue. The local bank was holding up their funds and when contacted, the lady said that there was too much activity. She also made a comment that they'd didn't like his business. Took three weeks for them to release his funds.

That being said, I don't much like BofA. Every time they'd taken over a bank I had been with, I changed banks.
They processed a check for $600 that was actually made out for $60. It took a shit load of work to get them to finally admit their mistake. I left them. I'm with a credit union now and as happy as can be.

When they took the bailout I called the local corporate office, went up the totem pole as high as I could go (regional VP level) and then started bitching up a storm about BoA taking the bailout and THEN paying the preferred shareholders a nice dividend...

    Thats just not right...
