Default Wyoming - Nice new proposed Law...

Wyoming lawmakers propose bill to nullify new federal gun laws | WashingtonExaminer.com

I hope they pass this bill.

I think I really need to move to one of these states that protect their own freedom. I got the house up for sale, so we'll see!

They will.. Utah is looking at doing the same. Look for Texas, the Dakotas, and Montana to follow. Maybe some of the southern states as well.

I have never seen this country as divided as it is right now. When states step up to the line, you know the administration is legislating the wrong way!

I'm hoping OK will do the same. That's the only place I have a chance to go right now.

I just hope those states continue to be a harder environmental area to keep the cancer out.

    Fucking right they'll pass it.
Spent a lot of time in WY, it's awesome Cowboy Country!
    Other than Cheyenne maybe.

    O is right on schedule.
He spent 4 years getting ready, now 4 years to seal the deal.
Disarm or make criminals out of gun owning citizens, send in the law and take care of the "extremists", move on to the next State.

    I saw that.

    Louisiana has something similar.

The constitutional change — pushed by the National Rifle Association — would require “strict scrutiny” of any restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms. The legal standard would require courts, when asked, to determine whether the state’s gun laws demonstrate “a compelling governmental interest” and are “narrowly defined.” If not, they are to be thrown out as unconstitutional.

Louisiana becomes the first state with the “strict scrutiny” standard.

Texas is working on legislation. TX is also endorsing teachers being trained to protect themselves with concealed carry and training.

O is scared shitless of the heartlands.

Rural MI and areas away from Detroit and Flint won't put up with gun laws removing rights I don't believe. The UP sure as hell won't......

Just got through talking to a CCW instructor that has been giving classes to teachers. Ops Gear here in Utah gave a free course to 200 teachers. BTW, concealed carry is legal on schools here in Utah.

Actually opponents to the law FC mentioned were opposed to it for exactly that reason. They were scared it nullified the illegality of guns on campus. I consider it a bonus. The more trained gun carrying adults in schools would protect them much better. Even if the teacher wasn't confident enough to carry, he/she could carry mace or a tazer. Even the most liberal of people could not have a problem yanking out and using mace or a tazer on anyone if she hears a gun shot in her classroom. Even if a child was accidentally tazed or hit with mace during an encounter like Sandy Hook, I don't care who it was, they would be labeled a hero for stopping it before it became 20 dead first graders and 7 dead adults.

I bet 100% of people would rather have seen the headline in Sandy Hook read "Multiple Children Exposed to Mace and Tazerfire While Heavily Armed Intruder Detained".
    Am I wrong?

The common sense answer is NO, you are not wrong but . . .

. . . given the liberal agenda, all you have to do is listen to the news these days and you are absolutely wrong - dead wrong because no possible violent crimes could take place without firearms. Just ask Timothy McVeigh.
