I'm done with the GOP myself. There are very few I will vote for in the party. I'll be voting 3rd party that doesn't want this centralized federal government in their everyday life. Tired of what the GOP allows to run. Meg Whitman, Charlie Christ John McCain, Mitt Romney. Puke. I'm done. Even my grandmother stopped donating to the GOP after they lost their spine and keep running these idiots. I'd be sad to know what kind of $$$ the GOP got over the years.

As I read the article,I couldn't help but hear Rush's voice, only spoken by someone with an Ivy league vocabulary. In essence, this is the same message Limbaugh has been saying for some time. The Republican establishment would rather play second fiddle to the ruling party than represent their constituents, just so they can be allowed in the game. What I think they're underestimating is how many of us there are dieing for the opportunity to fire their asses as soon as we get the chance, then replace them with a party for the real majority. The Liberal Democratic party we currently have running things is far from being a majority of American's, contrary to what some would like to believe (CVX). Somethings boiling under the surface of this country and it's manifesting itself into groups like the TEA party as well as a whole underground of people aligning themselves with survivalists, peppers, militias, homesteaders, and other groups who aren't going down with out a real fight. Sooner or later ( I believe sooner) this will play itself out.

Meg Whitman?? She's never held office. Are you saying this because she's from big business?

I'm using it as an example of the people that run on the GOP ticket. This is where funds go and what would be acceptable to the GOP. I could make a list that you'd get bored reading but I figure I'd put in the ones that have been around my life the closest. Presidential candidates and Governors/Governors candidates in states in which I lived.

Try to win an election today without the support of the 50 million plus that are in one way or another in favor of the staus quo and recieve at least partial if not 100% of their income and support from the federal government. Even if they work for a local government that receives subsidies from the feds.

Its a done deal. Even if a republican gets in office. Even if the senate and house were republican super majorities, not much will change.
It will require too many drastic cuts and nobody is willing to be the ones that take the hit.

No enough taxpaying private sector too turn this around. We are now the subjects(slaves) of the majority mob rule.

James Madison warned of the majority tyranny, and we are living it.

Its going to take a "government reset" that most founding fathers thought would happen every 75 years at the most.

They KNEW that would be impossible without the 2nd amendment. It will be impossible without it. It will be impossible to defend any of the constitution without it.

Voting 3rd party is completely stupid, I agree, but it's the only thing you can do to try to change it besides ending up 6ft under.

At this point, I am not sure it much matters. At one time I was 100% against 3rd party voting even if the candidate was THEE choice. It almost ALWAYS plays in the dimbulbs favor. Never see a 3rd party candidate that the dimbulbs would vote for have you? Ron Paul? Huntsman? Gary Johnson? You see ANY of the 47 million federal dependents voting for any of them?
So the 3rd party only serves to split the republican vote. How do you figure some no name governor from a backwards illiterate state beat out an incumbent POTUS? Ross Perot split the republican vote. That simple.

I understand personal convictions and I applaud them. At this point, it doesn't matter. They have the used taxpayer money to secure Washington against us. Thats OUR fault. We paid, and paid dearly, to subsidize their takeover of the system. We are now faced with mob rule, and a tyrannical majority.
The Fore fathers KNEW this was possible. It had happened with the Shay Rebellion, which is what lead up to the 1st Congressional session, and a RE-SET of the federal government laws, then the "Articles of Confederation".
Every time the country, and thus the world, finds its self in this position, its either war, or at least rebellion in several countries. Governments very rarely find a peacefull solution. Somebody gets the shit end of the stick, and that sparks it.
