There's another plant that heads back to Japan! These idiots don't understand. The same idiots go to Canada when filming because the company avoids union costs up there. Hypocrites and they can get more for each movie!!

If the people wanted to unionize, they would have. The workers understand that they have a job because they aren't union!!!

Bingo. The unions also trying to put pressure on the new Boeing facility in South Carlina. The management of Boeing told them that if they unionize the facility will close.

Where does the law say that a company has to allow non-employees on the property? If an employee wants to pay dues to a union and participate in union activities outside of work, let them. If a union rep comes to the plant, escort them off the property. If a current employee spends work time doing union business, terminate them for not doing the work they were hired to do then escort them off the property. Every employee signs an employment contract. If the company makes it clear that they will not deal with the union and only hires people willing to sign an individual employment agreement, they should be able to ignore the union and continue to deal with the employees one by one. If employees go on strike, fire them for not showing. If the company can't hire enough employees to keep the plant open, then they might need to rethink their policies.

I'm not aware of a constitutional right for unions to be able to force themselves on a company. If an employee joins a union, why should that give the union a right to dictate to a company how they can operate?

I worked in an open shop when i was younger, i couldn't believe how much time my co-workers spent doing the unions job in our shop trying to coerce you into joining. They figured out right away not to waste their time with me, same pay, same everything just no free lunch at a nice restaraunt while riding in a brand new Caddy once a year that they were too stupid to realize they paid for
