Default The Kenyan says "Don't discipline the black students."

That's right you limp-wristed/liberal/leftist/democrats have another victory toward increasing racial tensions and dismantling what people like MLK worked lifetime to promote.

I'm confused, is this more heart-warming to you guys than Benghazi, Fast and Furious, IRS illegal targeting and now misappropriation of funds, the NSA spying into personal space of American Citizens, KenyanKare or providing arms to Al Qaeda? I know you feel all warm and fuzzy about them all but which inspires your support for this Kenyan the most?

This is business as usual around here Doc. My SIL is a H.S. teacher for the Hemet school dist. She tells stories all the time of being totally ignored, cussed out, and attempts of intimidation both physical and verbally by the black students with no recourse from the school. Last year she witnessed a black male student go into the girls locker room between classes and video tape girls in all manners of undress, from naked and showering to dressing. He was ordered to leave by the female teachers but ignored them and continued to roll tape for several minutes. When my SIL went to the principal as one of the teachers who witnessed this, she was told there was nothing they could do to the student because he was black. She's starting to fear for her safety, but like a lot of people is stuck because of her retirement and insurance. Since my brother is self employed and had a heart attack last year, they can't afford to loose the health care. The problem is a district problem so changing schools doesn't really changing anything. Can we say "Powder Keg!"

And then when these shitheads don't graduate, they'll have an EO making sure that they all get their diploma. Then when they don't get hired because they have no skills or professionalism, they'll try to pass another EO. That one will go to SCOTUS!!!

Except for DOD schools his executive order is just pissing in the wind. Schools don't fall under the federal government. They are state or city at best and his executive order has no sway, except to promote racial tensions.

But as stated already, most schools are so afraid of being sued they won't do anything about any of the kids acting up, regardless of their ethnicity. Wouldn't it be great if we could go back to the days where there were rules in school and regardless of who broke them, there were consequences.

You need to wake the fuck up and smell the coffee snoc. Your INTEL is 100% dead ass WRONG!!
States, ALL STATES, receive federal funding for schools, Its THEIR way of having TOTAL control over the school system in this country. A PERFECT example is Calif. When I went to school, 100% of ALL the money my school ran on was 100% property taxes of the city. Not a single dime came from the state or the feds. FIRST the state took ALL the funds from ALL the cities, making EVERY school district 100% dependent on the state for ALL funding. Beverly Hills gets the same exact dollar per student as Watts, regardless that the residents pay millions in property taxes. So the truly wealthy in Beverly Hills send their kids to private school, and despite them paying a million plus in property taxes, the school system gets that much LESS money because the state funds are paid out by PER STUDENT.

This is NO DIFFERENT than the strangle hold the feds have on every single state, and every single PUBLIC school system in the country. You cannot name me a single PUBLIC school system in the country that does not receive, thru their state, federal funding. You want the federal money, you march to the federal tune. Its that simple.

You really need to dig into your INTEL before making such an ignorant statement.

Speaking of needing to wake up, go research who an executive order effects. He can issue an executive order to non-government employees if he wants, but has zero enforcability. And just to prove how non-federal the schools are, when the federal gov't shuts down at the beginning of the month, do you think all the schools will too? Don't think so. Teachers aren't federal employees. The fact that the fed does provide some funding does give them some sway, but he can't touch them with his chickenshit executive orders. Teachers don't work for him. School administrators don't work for him. In fact our state is very specific that they control the education standards within our state not the federal anything.

The fact that the teachers are not federal employees, and the schools are not federal instituions does not mean the federal government cannot, and does not hold the schools, EVERY SINGLE SCHOOL, Hostage for the money. HOW THE FUCK IS THAT FOR ENFORCEMENT MR. INTEL???
Like a fucking dog that want to be fed. Its TRAINED to know where his food comes from, and to OBEY that provider.

NO, the school systems won't shut down, because not ALL the money they run on is federal. But bet your ass there will be some serious cut backs.
Every school system in the country will kiss the ass of every black student if that's what it takes to keep receiving federal dollars. The poorer and blacker the school system, the more they are dependent on the federal money. And if you are too stupid and blind to see that, you SUCK as a INTEL expert. No wonder money flows into these terriorist countries like it free cash. You dumb fucks actually believe they are putting that money to good use because they told you they were.

If you give a street bum a dollar on the promise he buys food, you are just stupid enough to believe you helped him because he ate. He would eat anyways, OR DIE!! You only allowed him to use OTHER money to buy more booze.
Wake up snoc. There are 12 year old black students telling their teachers to suck their dick because they have more INTELLIGENCE than you do, and KNOW they can get away with it.

Maybe in Calibamma land, but it that's not how we roll in our state. Fair and equal are terms that even liberals in the Midwest agree with. Zero can pedal his special treatment in some other hood.

Like I said, with school district this has little effect on, don't have the problem to start with. The school systems this will have the biggest effects on are the ones that have the largest population of those students, and are the most dependent on that money.

The EO wasn't aimed at Beverly Hills. But we ALL will feel the effects of giving the POS a free hall pass to criminal lifestyles bred in the schools.

SNOC/GN7, how does THIS factor into your posts above. The CORE program was part of another thread here that illustrates teaching ebonics and teaching 4th graders about pimps/hoes/street speak as a required CORE teaching and a necessity for a student advancing in life...

Governors of 45 states pushed thorugh the state governments the CORESTANDARDS:

2013 State of the States Address

Common Core State Standards Initiative | Home

Common Core State Standards Initiative | In the States

Iowa Core - Iowa Department of Education

"initiative is a plan devised by the nation’s governors and backed by the Obama administration to set a uniform standard for grades K-12. In practice, it will ensure that every child in the nation reaches the same level of learning"
