    Default Me and a Mexican

So I was at Havasu over the 4th and my brother was with me. He had his wife and her brother along also. Her brother is a young guy maybe early 20's from Hermosillo Mexico. Speaks broken English but understands pretty well. I talked to him for quite a while, nice kid. He told me he has twin baby girls who were actually born on his birthday, a great present he described. He said he was making about $100 a week working down in Mexico and wanted to provide more for his family so he came to the U.S. for work. I asked how he got here. He said he applied and was granted a work visa to travel back and forth legally and once he arrived he got a job cutting tree's for $17 an hour. He makes about $500 a week now most of which he sends back home to his family. I asked him what else he was doing while he was here in the U.S. He told me he is studying English so he can speak and understand the language fluently and he is also studying U.S. history because he would like to apply for citizenship someday and eventually move his family over here for a better life and have them become citizens also. Not collecting one dime of government cheese. Wearing a red, white and blue bandana all day to celebrate the 4th and he knew exactly what the holiday was all about.

What the fuck is wrong with this guy? Didn't he get the obama memo? Nice kid and I hope he succeeds in his goal to better his life but I didn't have the heart to tell him that in the not so distant future, the U.S. would be the place that you don't want to live anymore,

What the fuck is wrong with this guy?
For starters he is abiding by the rules of law. Something the libtards could care less about.

Secondly, my bet is he will not vote Democrat.

Third, he wants to work, and better himself and his family by his actions.

All these are against libtard practices. Three strikes and you're out!

I can say that the rig crews I worked with in western CO were made up of about half the guys being just as you describe him.
Some of the hardest working hands I've ever had the pleasure of supervising.

I'd take a full crew of him and his cousins in a heartbeat.
One kid was already drilling in like a year, spoke perfect English in less than 6 months.
I told him one day I didn't think I could do the same if I was dropped in a foreign Country in that short of time.

He replied: "But what if you HAD to??" Good point that has stuck with me.

Nothing at all is wrong with this guy Lavey. He's here to better himself and make a life for his young family, and he's doing it the legal way! I live and work with a huge amount of illegals, some very good people, some not so very good people. For me personally the main question when coming to the US is why. Too many are here to work, only to send their money home, to build there life back in their home country. Once they've sent enough home, they're gone. Or some want to build their home here, and bring their families here, but they want to build a little Honduras, or El Salvador, or Mexico. They want all our country has to offer but they don't want to be American.
When the bleeding hearts cry about, "We're all immigrants, we all came from somewhere else", I say true, but we came through the front door Legally, and we came here to be Americans! Assimilation is the key for me. If you come here, come in the right way, and come here to be an AMERICAN!

This is how it's done according to our immigration laws. Our ancestors did the same and established a great nation.
Legal will always be the way to go.
Illegal will always be the liberal/leftist/democrat's choice and preference, it appears.

And make sure he knows that the guys you hang with agree. Stand up productive people who live by our laws are welcome
from any country. That is the kind of immigration that our country is founded on. And it doesn't matter who he votes for as long as that vote is based on valid information.

    Default Legal vs illegal

People/workers that come here legally will get my support and encouragement every time.... Illegals, even the ones that want to work hard and send money home will not...
That said, our (USA) LEGAL entry system ISN'T broken. It works just fine. It may not be as streamlined as some want it, but it works... What doesn't work is when people come here on a "timed" visa and disappear into the crowd forever... AND, IMO, part of any overhaul of the legal system needs to be a close look into the "quotas" of allowable immigration. At the current LEGAL rate the USA will have a population like India in a few decades, a population the Country CAN NOT support in any of the necessary areas such as employment, WATER, FOOD, HOUSING, education, or law enforcement...
The MAIN reason our LEGAL system is "broken" is because of the huge numbers of illegals that somehow blend into the system and become leaches... Legal immigration requires that the people entering do not become a burden on the taxpayers, how is that working out?
Picture a single family residence, two LEGAL workers, and then illegally, additional people, 8 (uninsured) cars out front, 9 ESL kids in the local schools, and SOME of the kids are born here and elgible for all sorts of Gov't hand outs... The only way the LEGAL system is broken is that it allows far too many to enter and overload the land mass...
America CAN NOT absorb the numbers legally allowed now, and it's high time to cut the legal numbers in half or sink with the additional weight... It IS a FACT, not a racist rant...

I would assume that what happens to them is what has happened to most of the blacks. The liberals cater to them and promise them all kinds of freebies for thier vote. That is the truth as I see it. Just look at 90% of the cities in the Deep South and other large cities in the US. That is the truth as I see it, racist or not.
