Can you imagine what would have happened to GW if he was still in office and did something like this? Libs would be screaming impeachment.

This is the most crooked admin in history. The re-election, lies, cover ups. The sad thing is I think we have gone over the edge. Politics for now on will never be same. What ever it takes / scorched earth / in you face/ F.U. we won and screw the other side for now on. I'm not stupid and know politics has always been kiss my ass as I stab you in the back deals since Brutus stuck Caesar but these guys have no shame and have taken it to a whole new level and the next guy always has to take it a little further no matter what side they are on. If Hillary wins though it's just total open fuckin season and the end of the life we all knew. Another 9/11 moment when everything changed and was never the same again.

The turds that voted him and his administration in are cheering the whole time. They outnumber the few with rational thoughts by a long shot. Those who have sat on the sidelines doing nothing are enablers. They are the people who do nothing in any crises that arises except when their stomach growls. The enablers are just as much to blame as the liberal blind who vote before they think. This is a growing trend and I believe it is part of the political game to turn off as many as possible to allow the few to make their decisions for them.

I don't recall hearing the County surrounding Austin as being corrupt. Perry's beef stems from the head DA in the "corruption" branch being arrested, convicted, and sentenced to 45 days in the slammer for extreme DUI. (.23+ BA). The local voters, (some) demanded her resignation, and Perry used the "power of the purse" to try and force her out of office. She refused, so he vetoed a $7.5M funding request for that office. I've heard it's not the veto, it's the way he threatened it in an effort to make her resign... Either way, she is a dirtbag for driving drunk, (that drunk, IMO a .08 charge doesn't classify anyone as a dirtbag).. Her term is up in a few months and I doubt the voters will re elect her again... AND, I expect the first Judge that gets involved in the case will dismiss it...

As much as I hate to agree with you, I do. And if Hillary gets POTUS, I will surely reexamine my exit strategy.

Ray you are right on the money. The beef is apparently he threatened to withhold funding for her office if she didn't step down and when she didn't he did. They claim that by using his power in an effort to coerce a member of the other party into resigning by threatening to withhold the funding is where he over stepped the law. The actualization of the threat proves prior planning and criminal intent. The claim is it was a partisan attack against her because she was a dim. The fact that he didn't want to give money to a department ran by a belligerent drunk is moot to them.

I also agree that it should be thrown out. But a more likely scenario is that after they screw up any chance he'll run for office in 16 they will withdraw the charges. That way they can always pull them out again should he revisit the thought of running or involvement in any way that could hinder their plans.

I see nothing but racist comments in this thread.

I'm amazed at how well throwing the race card works. and O holds the biggest card.

You may or may not agree with Reagan's "Trickle Down Economics",
but you can not deny the reality of Obama's "Trickle Down Cronyism & Corruption" (too much & too many examples to list)

Now, in regards to this Unlawful Bergdahl swap.....
