And to make sure our time at the top of the heap doesn't end to soon, we get to look forward to this in January. Why are we doing this to OURSELVES? Why global warming of course! If California doesn't save the world who will.

I forsee the larger fuel tank companies for dodge, chevy, and ford booming. Az or nevada isn't far away and if you are already there for a river trip sounds good to top off with an extra 25 - 100 gallons.

This new gas tax is actually making me nervous to own my house. I'm up right now, but if commuting gets too expensive it iis going to plummet housing prices where I live. I'm thinking about selling and looking to go back to FL...

And to make matters worse, the price of everything else will go up. Any products or services that use fuel (pretty much everything) will pass along the increases.

If you really follow the money trail on this Cap and Trade BS, it has nothing to do with protecting the environment, it is all about lining some peoples pockets. Just like the diesel regulations that have been enacted by CARB based on junk science.

    Best news ever!!!
Moonbeam Brown just approved a giant tax cut for the film industry which produces nothing but entertainment. Now, that's furthering progress.
Why not farming, oil production, manufacturing, transportation or another industry that actually provides a benefit to mankind? Cause they aren't cool like Moonbeam is.

And most Californians are completely unaware of this they're all walking around with their heads up their azz. Then everyone will be crying on the evening news at the pump next year.
