Default Az voters, re: Prop 304

While thumbing through the "Az voters guide/sample ballot" that came inthe mail I happened to stop at the Prop 304 explanition page. It's really a simple Prop, it raises Az Legislators yearly salary from 24K to 35K !!!... I had to ask myself, "is this a trick question?" From what I understand Az Legislators only work "part time" because unlike the hacks in DC they're only scheduled to work part time.. But, an 11K raise?? Thats over $900 a month raise for part timers!! Am I missing something here?? IMO, this is a no brainer NO vote....

Damn, you have honest politicians. Her in Pa. the salary is over 78k the car allowance is about 540 a month and the per diems amount to well over 100k and did I mention the solid gold pension plan that you get after a single term, for the rest of their life. Platinum health care, tender young interns to defile, life is good for politicians. Vote yes and kiss your poor dumb bastards on the forehead. We have term limits too. The totally incompetent get elected once and serve until someone realizes the have died in their chair and moderately intelligent stay long enough to get the connections needed to step into a position making real money.

I'm not voting for a pay raise for folks who somehow come up with a quarter million to spend on a campaign.
