Default Ebola, coming to a town near you?

So our first case goes to the hospital and is sent home with antibiotics ( no impact on a viral infection) only to come back several days later to cause the current situation. The party line has been that our medical system is way too sophisticated to allow an epidemic here, yet the first known infection is a screw up just days after the hospital had a seminar on what to do with Ebola. Then this morning there is a second person in quarantine in Hawaii. Don't worry there is treatment available but only for a hundred or so but we can have a supply for thousands in about a year. Does anyone know if there can be an interaction with the Enterovirus that is getting to epidemic proportions among the young population? A virus does has the ability to mutate. If there is more to all this would you even begin to trust the system to inform the public? When the reality has been that Ebola is most terrible thing to come down the pike in Africa but not to worry about it here, common sense begs you to wonder about the what-ifs.

Why is travel still allowed to Ebola hot zones???
Why is the border wide open??
Why can't anyone speak the truth and not so Damm PC and say all the respitory illness's is the Honduran flu coming from illegal alien kids!!!!

i am absolutely embarrassed to be "led" by these fools who run our country!!!!

There are so many parts of this that cause me concern. This guy supposedly carried a child dying from Ebola days before boarding a plane. I thought there was a substantial education program going on there!! Open boarders allowing the cesspools of disease from other countries to just flow in. Diseases that have been eradicated for long periods here are now contagions. The ragheads have discovered how easy we are to have our economy grind down. What happens when you are commanded to stay in your home to avoid infection? Oh they did that to those who were in contact with this guy in Texas, then had to get a court order to compel them when they were to ignorant to voluntarily avoid contact with others. What are YOU going to do when the choice is getting food or having the possibility of having blood shoot out your eyes( added for dramatic effect)? When the perfect storm comes together is it utter stupidity that allows it or diabolical planning? Which people are in power the stupid or the planners? I doubt it will matter when the shit hits the fan because the effect on us common folk will be the same.

You missed the CNN exclusive that the towels, sheets and mattress the guy had are still in the house. CDC has not come by to properly dispose of them 5 days later (120 hours). Yet, this is the same organization trusted to control an outbreak.

This guy lied on the exit questionnaire he had to fill out before getting on the plane even though he knew was exposed. With the percentage of deaths in Africa as high as 90% of those infected , do you think he knew coming here was his one best chance to survive. His family called the CDC after the hospital sent him home, so I would think he wasn't trying to infect the masses but rather liked his odds better here. And a couple thoughts from reading up on Ebola; it can also be spread through contact with infected meat or bats ; everything else I had read said one is no longer contagious after 21 days but hadn't heard that the virus still is viable in semen for 90 days. Don't you wish just one person had the balls to get on national tv and say here is everything we know and everything to be on the lookout for and then lay it all out. Just one, more interested in this country than in covering his own or his bosses ass.

135 grand to "clean" the apt they were living in. I can see the next apartment or house will be burned and I'm kind of surprised arson has not been done yet to the apt.

Not only is the Ebola situation being mishandled by the CDC, we have a virus infecting thousands of kids in almost all of the states. Some think the virus came across the southern borders by the illegals from South America. An innocent 4 yr.old boy died, because our government just does not give a shit.

Statistically speaking, the parents voted for it. Elections have consequences.

No one needs the government to treat Ebola. But they are dang sure not trying to keep it out of here.

It is more than a 50% chance that the affected parents voted for the politicians that put forth the policies that lead to getting their children sick.
