This is where congress MUST take the checkbook away from the adolescents.

I would like to see any official documents that contain the $100 million dollar number. The author is apparently a right-wing naysayer with an imagination.
At the current time, there are no numbers available from credible sources.
    So, relax everyone.

You don't buy clean air. It comes from reducing emissions from multiple sources.

Obama Admin spent 120 billion back in 2014...

Perhaps this was just a follow up on Hillary's pledging BILLIONS back in 2009!

The U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tells the U.N. climate talks that the United States will help mobilize $100 billion a year by 2020 to help poor countries combat climate change. Notice, this WAS NOT a one time pledge it was annual....

SNIC - Is there a reason you cannot seem to ever get your facts correct?
You say, "Obama Admin spent 120 billion back in 2004..."

What Obama administration are you speaking of, he wasn't even in Office, ya dumb shit.

Even the money you're referencing is to come from private donations and other multi-national countries too.
Are you unable to provide any information accurately?

That must have been SNIC. He sees things that aren't there all the time.

SNIC has a way of hitting wrong keys all the time, but according to the Wall Street Journal, "Now that officials from the US and nearly 200 other countries have reached a deal in Paris meant to keep global warming at bay, many citizens back home want to know—how much will it cost us?No one knows for sure, but one estimate from an environmental think tank in Washington pegs the cost as a $170 billion hit to US gross domestic product in 2030, or about 0.7% of the total economic output that year."
But you're right, until there is an understanding, no one knows.

Actually, the agreement appears to say "$100 Billion from developed nations"....of which there are 49 or so, although admittedly the USA probaby has the highest GDP, etc......

Whether it's man-made or not, the Earths climate is changing, and I think there are economic opportunities to be had by whoever actually can develope technologies to fix the various problems. Better solar cells, better energy storage, better transmission of energy, cleaner fuels.....Instaed of waiting until it's a real disaster, why not start looking at the possibilities of solutions.....God help us if it gets bad and we have to go to chinese companies for the fixes.....
