    Question To The Contrary

Anyone ever watch this show on PBS? For a change they had something that caught my attention as I was surfing the airwaves over a TV antenna. No I still don't have dish, etc.

They were talking about the world's food supply, so being a producer, that sparked my interest. We import way too much produce, meat, etc, etc. And it is not from all good places or from good producers. Makes me want to raise or hunt/fish for most of my meat and grow my veggies. I don't want any crawfish, shrimp, exotic fish, etc that come from a septic pond. Or grown in some structure in some dirty river in China.

So watch what you eat, and ask where it came from. Although some processed foods may use ingredients from other countries and they do not have to put it on the label!!! That is bullshit!!!

Anyway, back to my point.. This woman, Bonnie Erbe, hosts the show. And is supposed to be smart, right? They were talking about eating healthy and she said, "I don't eat meat. I do eat fish though."

LMMFAO!!! You can't make this shit up!!!!! I am looking for the video and will post it when found.... PBS has yet to post it.

We were watching a special on Chinese Tilapia farms.
One farm, in particular that supplies the US with our Tilapia only harvests whatever dies during the day. They scoop up whatever is floating and send them to the packing/processing house. I haven't had Tilapia since.
