You just gotta love Biden! You couldn't write a script for this guy to make more ridiculious statements.

That guy cracks me up . When O sent him to Iraq I think O was hoping he's get taken out. The guy can't keep his mouth shut, thank God. He's saying shit that O and his group doesn't want said.
Britt Hume said that he really likes Biden and considers him a friend but thinks he (in Britt's words) is a big windbag!!!!

"We're going to go bankrupt as a nation," Biden warned at an event in the backyard of the House's No. 2 Republican.
"People, when I say that, look at me and say, 'What are you talking about, Joe? You're telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?" he said. "The answer is yes."

I think most Americans, again I am thinking the ones with half a brain, stop spending money, sell assets, take a pt job, etc. to avoid going bankrupt....what is wrong with this picture? Liberals?

"On every question of construction (of the Constitution) let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invent against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed."

Let's think this mess out we're in. The auto industry is in shambles. We are finding out that the auto industry uses a lot of raw materials such as plastic and steel. Chemical plants and steel mills are closing down in wait for the economic rebound as they have nowhere to sell their products. Lost jobs result.

The housing industry has slowed drastically so the same chemcial complanies plus aother build material related companies are slowing and shutting down in wait. Lost jobs result.

Banks are suffering from foreclosures and money isn't being lent on new loans because no one wants to take a chance with an unsettled future. Projects are on hold for lack of financing. Locally they are stacking up wind turbines from overseas at the TX Ports of Freeport and Galveston. These wre intended to bring us new Green energy but haven't been able to get going "yet" due to lack of funding. Lost jobs result.

Drilling is off as the Dems want no new leases let. Coal Plants will be shut down if Cap&Tax passes.Too expensive. Nuclear Plants are having permitting difficulties. Too many lobbyists against nuclear. Lost jobs result

All told the economy is in the crapper but what is government concentrating on, 2 massive programs that will cripple business with restrictions, added costs, higher taxes, bureaucracy, and inability to function. Lost jobs result.

With all the public sector manufacturing and related jobs lost we won't need fire fighters and police as homeowners will be home in great enough numbers to solve most of the problems themselves. Since we will have no jobs, why do we nedd teachers? Home school the kids and teach them to grow food will be a better move. Public jobs lost.

And without jobs how is all the new healthcare going to get funded? Medical profession and insurance related jobs lost.

We are effectively regressing back towards the stone age is the way it looks. At best we will resemble East Germany or many of the former USSR. Every day under this Admin is one step backward and one step closer to being the Socialist Utopia the Lefty's dream about.

Here's a question: Will the lakes of the new Socialist Utopian States of America have Ultra 26 Shadows breaking wakes across them??????? Will that wake up the gleeful owners to the fact the F--ked up?
