Default Gingrich's Answer of What to do with the EPA

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich says there actually is a solution to the morass of rules, regulations and litigation that makes up the Environmental Protection Agency – just replace it.
EPA solution? Gingrich says replace it

Hard to disagree with that. Unless you are an open minded liberal and your mind has fallen out!

The EPA, like Unions, affirmative action, women's rights, gay rights and a host of other organizations/movements have simply outlived their purpose by swinging their pendulum of control far beyond center in their favor, where a complete misuse of their powers now rule the day.

No need to replace the EPA. All states have their own type of controlling org. in place already. Most have a firmer grip on what's going on in their own back yard.
The government's monetary role is to maintain the integrity of the monetary unit, not participate in fraud

I'm not sure I understand you here.
Are you saying the EPA should stay and continue to function as it now exists
    or
Are you saying the EPA could be completely eliminated without a loss?

True until the EPA oversteps their bounds and tries to overrule state agencies. This is currently the case in Texas where the EPA has come in and said TX laws/rules don't go far enough, so they try and enact their own rules. TX now is in the process of taking the issue to Fed Court to get their legal rights back.

The EPA is out of control and being used as a political tool to circumvent the system.
