Default A letter to the AG...

    Eric Holder....or current occupant
    Office of the Attorney General
    Washington DC
    USA

    Dear Sir:
While I am somewhat neutral in the Medical Marijuana argument, I am not neutral when it comes to the MM dispensaries that have cropped up across the nation, especially in California. If MM is to be legal in various states, against Federal drug laws, then it should be the Federal Gov't that is reaping the huge profits.... The Gov't could tax it upwards of 60%, or just take over the distribution, under the guidance of the FDA, with all the required prescription regulations. These MM businesses are nothing more than drug dealers selling to an entirely different clientele, and need to be stopped, or at the very least heavily regulated and heavily taxed to remove the prospect of huge profits. Your recent actions in California are to be commended, and I'm sure the IRS would be very interested in looking at the books of these illegal businesses.
Now, since you are actively working in California on that mess, how about using your enforcement powers to locate, and prosecute, ALL the sanctuary cities that are operating in direct violation of Federal law, starting in California and working your way east? I would suggest first you remove ALL Federal financial assistance from any state with a sanctuary city within their borders. Second, notify the Governors of all states that any type of "dream Act" must come from Federal legislation, not the states', and that any type of dream act action WILL result in a loss of all Federal assistance, and the prosecution of any Governor that chooses to sign any such illegal acts....
Oh, and good luck with these nasty F&F allegations... If I were you, I would avoid accompanying any of the guys in dark sedans anywhere near a bus station....

    Sincerely, Moneypit from Performanceboats.com

YOU KNOW WHAT PISSES ME OFF ON THIS???? They say Fed Law overrides State Law. Why do the Feds not protect our gun rights? Fed law allows a lot of thing Cali does not allow when it come to weapons in this shit hole of a state. At least they have laws to regulate it and tax it. Could use some improvement and more standardization for all counties.

OH, I agree wholeheartedly.... The AG hasn't even begun to touch the power he actually has... I guess maybe we need an AG that knows what his job is?..... It is, after all, the Second Amendment that prevents some liberal scum states from banning all weapons, and believe me, there are those that would, if they could..... MY point was primarily aimed at the fact the AG prevents states from enforcing Federal immigration laws, but refuses to enforce them, or prosecute those that flaunt them.... ANY sanctuary city should be RAIDED, illegals arrested, as well as severe prosecution those that harbor the criminal invaders...
    I know, dream on.....

Switch this topic to illegal immigration and it's ten times worse! They'll sue a state for enforcing federal laws on the books.
We need a house-cleaning where not a single person is left standing their post and only newly elected American, constitution-loving patriots are elected in their stead.

As for the AG, Ray, he'll be a bit busy covering the White House's behind over Solyndra and "Fast and Furious" for a while and eventually taking the fall for them. He won't be available to discuss this issue at any more than the Kenyan will spending cuts.
The best things in life aren't things!
