Default Congress to only work 109 days next year...

I guess they got so much done in 127 days this year it makes sense to them to work less next year. Should we pay them by the day?

With the direction they have been going, the less they do the better.

This is one area that we can all agree on, whether you're on the left or right. The occupy movements need to focus on government. If they do, something may very well get done and our country may get back on track eventually.

Doesn't this more closely align with the TEA party ideology more than the OBAMA CHANGE plan???

I'll throw my two cents worth in; I think congress and senate ought to take the whole year off.......by way of being fired! Politicians on both sides of the isle are wasting time and money squabbling over idealology while our country goes down the drain.....we need people in there that will make the tough decisions, cut the subsidies to the rich & poor and raise taxes back up- making it so that the tax code favors creating jobs...here; lower taxes for US job creation, raise taxes for shipping them overseas, and cut stupid regulations without eliminating common-sense controls....and my personal idea to improve corporate viability; When an idiot at the top makes a stupid decision, don't hammer the company, get the buffon that actually made the decision....these guys should be liable for their actions....do something good, get a big bonus, do something stupid, YOU get hammered; Case in point- Jacque Nasser at Ford made a personal decision on lowering tire pressure so Firestone tires wouldn't blow-out.....exactly the opposite of what you should do....Ford was hammered over this, yet Jackie got a big golden parachute....I think he ought to be in jail for negligent homocide....

    That was great!

I don't understand why the people who support the OWS, didn't support the TP for the past few years.

The Tea Party gather, clean up, go home, go to work and have a message. The media makes them out to be racist extremists even though African Americans are involved in the partys creation and message.

    Core Values

    • Fiscal Responsibility
    • Constitutionally Limited Government
    • Free Markets

      OWS

    • The OWS gather, are dirty, don't go home, don't go to work, don't have a clear message and the media supports them.
    • The OWS don't have any core values. I'm not sure you would find many moral values either.
    Good grief.
