    Default Get A Job

    Interesting email I received...

This was written by a 21 yr old female who gets it. It's her future she’s worried about and this is how she feels about the social welfare big government state that she’s being forced to live in! These solutions are just common sense in her opinion.
This was in the Waco Tribune Herald, Waco , TX Nov 18, 2010

    Put me in charge . . .

Put me in charge of food stamps. I'd get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho's, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I'd do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we'll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks?
You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your "home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the common good..”

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules.. Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem," consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

AND While you are on Govt subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Govt welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.

If this doesn't rub the liberals the wrong way nothing will. If these people want me to support them they should have some guidelines for the ability to collect these benefits. No compliance no benefits, period. We do have truly needy people but a great majority just suck the system and we need to thin this herd.....

I recieved the same E-mail from my sister today.
I have been screaming the same thing about letting welfare recipients being allowed to vote. Total conflict of interest. Like congress voting on their own pay rate and benefits. Why would any welfare recipient vote for cutting welfare. DUH!

She has some great ideas. The only thing she left out was all the free loaders sucking of the free education system. Time to revamp that whole dealio. There should be no way that a parent who can afford to pay for an education for their children should be able to take their children to a public school. By eliminating education fraud we could save billions a year.

then you would also agree that those same parents should not have to pay any tax's for the public schools and all single people withoput kids should not have to pay tax's for the public schools. Otherwise your idea does not hold water as if you have to pay for it you should be able to use it.
If you voted for Obama to prove you were not racist, then you better find someone else to vote for to prove your not stupid.

    Point of order.

In another post QJ called the use of public schooling a "freebie" that fake conservatives use while bitching about it and trying to dictate curriculum. (Or something close to that, it was difficult to nail down his point)

We need someone in charge of the new Christmas Tree Promotion Board now.

When the public school system was started, it was for making the majority of the people smarter. Back when they asked for you mark on a document they couldn't read and many people plain ole got screwed. But the system now is broken with too much liberalism. Remember when the government started teaching sex education. Wow, we have had a giant increase in single parent births, that one worked will. Now the education systems wants to teach grade school children about homosexuality. This is what the parents are for. The government should be teaching reading, writing and arithmetic, some trades of old and trades of new. My children are all done with school but I don't mind paying for the education of students today, but not what they are teaching. We need some changes in this liberal education system.

    Unbelievable.

If anyone does not get what O is about, this is the perfect, most basic example I have seen.

Tax a product to generate revenue to fund a board to promote the product.
THIS is an example of what they consider "Job Creation".
In the end, it is a guaranteed money loser.
Christmas trees do not need "promoted", only vender advertisement to draw customers to a certain outlet.
Those who want to buy real trees will and are buying them.

The money is sucked from the consumer in the end, and I predict will not cover administration cost of the "board", let alone any advertising or "promotion".
NOTHING is generated, nothing is earned.

What an amateurish, shameless, opportunistic, just plain stupid move.

A tax on Christmas 6 weeks before the day.

It is this type of ridiculous shit that shows that stupid people with Harvard degrees are still stupid people.

    ???????

    Good God, another flucking IDIOT.
"Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though" President Barack Obama.

Liberals just chose to ignore relevant information about the world they live in, and then call themselves sophisticated for having chosen to be more stupid than God made them.

    You bunch of RACISTS!!!!

I bet at least 50% of the people in the nearby town is on some sort of assistance. Probably more.

You may as well try and drug test them too. That way the minority can confirm your racist position.

BTW the food stamp card won't work for dog food, so they buy them hamburger meat and pork chops.

Was at Walmart the other day behind three women in brand new underarmour sweats and tops, brand new running shoes and oakley sunglasses, hair done, nails, jewelery, etc......Looked nice......then they all three pulled out their foodstamps/card and were arguing on how each would pay their share......appalling!
