Default Well what do yoou think of this...

I got this in an email tonight, what do you all think of this!

    Subject: Sad But True

    > hundreds of millions (or in Obama's case billions) of dollars to them in
    > advertising.
    >
    > But the truth is, there simply are no conditions under which Barak Obama
    > can be defeated in 2012.
    > The quality of the Republican candidate doesn't matter. Obama gets
    > reelected. Nine percent unemployment? No problem. Obama will win. Gas
    > prices moving toward five dollars a gallon? He still wins. The economy
    > soars or goes into the gutter. Obama wins. War in the Middle East ? He
    > wins a second term.
    >
    > America's role as the leading Superpower disappears? Hurrah for Barak
    > Obama! The US . government rushes toward bankruptcy, the dollar continues
    > to sink on world markets and the price of daily goods and services soars

Too busy arguing with the dim bulbs.

I like Walter Williams. If he really said that, I hope he is wrong.

I think the arguement the ecomomics expert makes contains a lot of assumptions. In my opinion, this election will be about the economy and unemployment. We have a year to go, and the unemployment situation can get very much worse, as big and small business make decisions on down sizing, pending healthcare, future taxes and etc. When all of the economic downturns become apparent, the election will be close with Hussein losing.

I'll give you some thoughts. Walter Williams was correct when he said:

    The American people are
    notoriously ignorant of economics.

That has been proven repeatedly here in the PRF almost every day. As far as the comments from the lawyer Olson, I will say this: The man is very aware of logical fallacies, and is using very many of them in his statement in an attempt to influence those ignorant in the ways of logic.

Here's another thought: Depending on who the Republicans run, the election will be a landslide with Obama winning....better dump the rightwingers and go with a respectable moderate Republican like Huntsman.

I agree, that would be the intelligent thing to do, but you have to remember, the GOP is the party of Michelle Bachman, George W Bush, and Marvin to name a few, so intelligent decissions are not their strong suit.

No doubt ! But as long as they have their guns, bibles, booze and mommy's leg to cling to they will be fine with four more years of Obama.......

The reason I continue to speak out is exactly this. Ignorance is bliss and the media will go to great lengths to make the democrats look good while selling firearms to drug cartels, starting new wars without congressional approval, despite increased death tolls in the Middle Eastern wars that the Kenyan promised to stop, despite unemployment, economic collapse, etc.

I refuse to be silenced about the truth that this clown has been a disaster for America and he has absolutely no plan whatsoever.
I tell the cashier at the stores, the telemarketers on my phone, the people I encounter daily, the clients who call on the phone and everyone else I meet. I speak openly about all my business clients that are struggling or that have closed the doors already. I ask them about the debt we are leaving future generations and the founding fathers' principals being trampled under liberal feet. Best of all, almost every single one I converse with eventually agrees we need a change this next election. All it takes for our nation to go belly up from here is for smart people to remain silent, in my opinion. I will be heard and often.

You should get out more. I am sure you will witness the same unless you are running in the same (small) liberal circles (literally).
