    Default 3,000 Walmarts

3,000 Walmarts in America. Walmart has saved the American consumer more money than all government welfare programs put together. The "Drive By Media" makes its lead story, "7 Walmarts Attacked". The unions go after Walmart at seven stores. 1 per cent of the stores would have been 30 stores. So seven stores have UNIONS attacking them and it is the story of the day.

The main stream media is so DEAD, they don't know it...If people want to know anything, they Google it, not listen to the "drive by". I think a REAL WORkING AMERICANS are winning the propaganda war that th "Drive By" has been throwing at us since the Kennedy years...

    ADD:

Andsome Walmarts have more than 57 favors of big sticks....

uh Ron, you forgot to mention that Walmart is the second largest employer in the U.S. behind the welfare state of the U.S. government workers.

everything you buybios from china. No matter where you buy it. Unless your buying your socks from Norstroms and paying 15.00 a pair for white cotton socks, then then they came from china. think you Levis came from some shop here? Guess again. Think Walmart is the sole importer if Chinese goods. Guess again. The aluminum wheels on a new ZO6, ZR1 and SS Camaro are Chinese. Every alloy wheel on every GM car is Chinese. And your trashing Walmart for import underwear? Seriously? Lets try to remember, the folks working at Walmart have a Walmart level education and the pay they get is in line with their ability. If it wasn't, they would be workking somewhere else like everyone else. Don't fall into the "from ones ability to ones needs" bullshit ram and company spew. When the only way you can make change is when the cash register tells you what to give the customer back, your minimum wage material. Harsh but true. Convince me I am wrong AFTER you read this!

    The New, New Math

I purchased a burger at Burger King for $1.58. The counter girl took my $2 and I was digging for my change when I pulled 8 cents from my pocket and gave it to her.

She stood there, holding the nickel and 3 pennies, while looking at the screen on her register. I sensed her discomfort and tried to tell her to just give me two quarters, but she hailed the manager for help.

While he tried to explain the transaction to her, she stood there and cried...

Why do I tell you this? Because of the evolution in teaching math since the 1960s:

    1. Teaching Math In 1960s (when I was in school)

A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price. What is his profit ?

    2. Teaching Math In 1970s

A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price, or $80. What is his profit?

    3. Teaching Math In 1980s
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80. Did he make a profit ? Yes or No

    4. Teaching Math In 1990s

A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80 and his profit is $20. Your assignment: Underline the number 20.

    5. Teaching Math In 2000s

A logger cuts down a beautiful forest because he is selfish and inconsiderate and cares nothing for the habitat of animals or the preservation of our woodlands. He does this so he can make a profit of $20. What do you think of this way of making a living? Topic for class participation after answering the question: How did the birds and squirrels feel as the logger cut down their homes? (There are no wrong answers, and if you feel like crying, it's ok).

And of WalMart sold heads they would be Pro-Comps. WalMart is nothing but a portal to the American dollar via cheap China crap. You bitch all the time about America not making anything yet support Domestic manufacturing's Nemesis? Wow!

    Default Made in the USA

There are still American made products available. They are getting scarce, but they're out there. Of course don't look at your new hotsey totsey cell phone that does everything except shine your shoes, it's a safe bet it came from CHINA.... I worked for a company that made components for cell phones a few years ago... We would also make assembly equipment, proof it out, and, yep, you guessed it, ship it to CHINA for use assembling the finished product.(Motorola)..In the machine shop we made mass production fixtures so internal components could be mass produced in, yep, you guessed it again, in CHINA... I did work for a shop, XXXX Machining in Camarillo, Ca, where we made "A Cut Above" Harley parts. 100% American made, from hand picked American raw stock, to the finished product...Guess what, the competition, selling Harley parts made in, yep, again, in CHINA flooded the market and eventually ruined XXXX as he tried to compete with cheaper labor and watched the quality go in the toilet.... Take a good look at the next non stock part you see on a Harley. There's a real good chance that part started it's existence in CHINA.... Some American manufacturers import raw, as cast, or as forged, and finish them here calling them "Made in the USA".... Many of our cranks and rods are done that way.....And I guess a lot of the aftermarket heads also come form CHINA as castings.... Gee, do you think the Chinese EPA puts all of the same limitations on their foundrys that American foundrys experience? Has algore convinced the Chinese gov't to TAX carbon footprints?? You can bash Walmart all you want, but until we, as a Country, let these MMGW idiots know we're sick and tired of their BULLSHIT, the percentage of "Made in CHINA" products will continue to grow. Don't bash Walmart, bash the assholes that ran American manufacturing out of town with unnecessary regulations....

Love the math test, not far off the truth. I test cashiers from time to time.

I agree, walmart is not the problem, although Walmart isn't my choice in stores for shopping. China crap is everywhere in every store and you cannot get around it. Some products just do not exist from the U.S. any longer. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big proponent of buying U.S. goods when possible. But the cattle have left the corral and they're not returning anytime soon.

My gf even created a website for U.S. goods only. We buy from the vendors on it when possible. But it isn't always possible. Here's a link... Made In USA | Yes, you can find products made in the USA!. So we do care, but, like I said most the cattle have migrated to China and it is now the mainstream.

I went to Kohls a few weeks ago and bought 2 pairs of Levis for about $60 on sale. They are made in Haiti. Somehow I detest that to a lot smaller degree than China. They are poor and need the work. Yeah I know so is China. But... China is communist and I had a 2 different pure asshole Chinese landlords so fuck China. I buy as little China crap as I can get away with. And I'll never have another Chinese landlord as long as I live.

As a side note about 6-7 years ago I bought 12 pairs of Sonoma brand jeans from Kohls. They were on sale for about 12 bucks a piece as I recall. That 12 pair of jeans lasted me that long. So for $144 bucks I had pants for 6-7 years, worked every day in them. I just de-tagged the last of them early in 2011. No they aren't as good or as nice as Levis. But almost. and 1/3 the price. They are much more now or I'd have bought more (hence my Levis purchase). It was hard to justify paying $480 for the same number of Levis jeans at the time. I am not a rich person where $$ don't matter. The Sonomas were made in Bangladesh I think. Again I like that a lot more than China. Did I mention China is communist and only a friend of the United States as a convenience? ($$$$$)<< without the dollars flowing China will turn into our worst enemy so I just say no to China crap every chance I get.

If you are Chinese I don't mean to offend you. I just dislike your homeland. That is unless you are one of my former fucktard Chinaman landlords. In that case well...

Z, I think enforcement is so lax you could import sneakers without laces, put the laces in here, and call them "Made in America"... Not saying they do that, but it would seem to be legal because the "finished" product was made here......
