I read through some of the old threads checking for common problems with these Bennett diverter pumps. It worked perfect all weekend and all of a sudden, nothing... I read that some people have had stuck solenoids and to tap on them. I did that and nothing. When I press the up and down the wiring seems to start getting warm. I also Read about diodes going bad or somethin like that. I'm Not sure how to test all this and pin point the issue. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated thanks

if the wires are getting hot, then your wiring needs help. check the switch (up and down) and trace the hot and ground directly to the source. its better to run them from battery. the positive is best ran on a relay then to the switch and ground it to the battery. when the wires get hot, its usually the "hot" wiring grounding to something it shouldnt be.
