I am trying to find a rv spot for the Cp regatta. Everything is sold out except lost lake, but have heard that stretch is pretty shallow and rocky. I will be in my Daytona but my dad will be in a I/O pontoon boat. Is it worth getting a spot there? How far is it to the Aha sand bar? Thanks, Jeff.

Lance's boat runs hard. He killed me on the start and I couldn't catch him with the rough water conditions. 300'-500' before rollers aired me out. Congrats brother! Rematch soon!:D

This is from last weekend @ Aha. It's our 19' CP making some test passes with the new pop-off & motor combo. The valve worked perfect and the boat seemed to respond well to the changes. We've got a few more adjustments, but it's getting close. I can't wait for summer. :D...

Usually camp at Parker. Been to blythe. Want to check out twin palms area. Hows the water? Can you leave your boat inn. (have motorhome)? Like Parker, camping on the water. Tired of not seeing any small fast boats.:mad: Want to try something new. Do not know river in that area.:)sphss Sand Bars...

I think that's how it's spelled, anyway. Anybody go there? Boat there? My daughter is going with a friend to visit grandpa who lives there, so I thought I'd ask for input here. I google earthed it, and it looks pretty desolate...any opinions? Thanks, Bill

Does any one have any pics of the races from back then. My old man and I just bought a 18 cp gullwing that "peewee",mike also knowen as frenche put everyone on the trailer that weekend. I heard that there was some pic on the net some where but cant find any anywhere. The boat was a 78 or 79...
