I've noticed more boats running camcorders, has anyone tried one of these (Oregon Scientific)? Is the resolution decent enough to read gauges? They can be bought on Ebay for about $100, self contained, no wires, up to 2hrs. record time with SD card, some have microphones and waterproof to 10 ft.

I just heard on the news that they will be installing those cameras that bust you for speeding and such thru out the Phoenix area by October and the entire state by January. There will also be the mobile vans with cameras like there were in Bullhead last year.(:)eek(:)
