converter

what all is considered when selecting a torque converter in a v-drive? is it the same as selecting one for a passenger veh? compression ratio? cam? rear gear ect.. ? all tis v-drive stuff is new to me

I plan to mirror our family room d-tv to a monitor in the kitchen desk workspace area. So far all the 22-25 inch monitors I've found are HDMI input and computer pin input only. I want to use the monitor as a tv and a computer. Any suggestions?
