May be a stupid question but does anyone know if the stock 455 Berkley pack-a-jet had a mounting bracket on the dipstick or if the tube itself had a compression fitting on it? Ive been doing some research for one and I keep coming across these compression fit tubes. any thoughts?

Im looking for a 455 dipstick tube with the bracket to mount to the exhaust. Or just the bracket if anyone has one. I can make one if it comes down to it but I was hoping not to. Let me know what you guys have. Thanks in advance, Nate

What dipstick is recommended for a 460 with an Armando's 10qt pan? With ~10qts in mine, my dipstick only shows oil on the tip of the stick. It'll only drop in one way also. Stock timing cover with dipstick at top.

Okay, I was checking the oil the other day and as I was pulling the dipstick out the tube broke off almost flush with the block. There's no way to get it out with pliers. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
