What are the Olds engines using for Hardin aluminum header gaskets?

Just got rid of a set of headers and while packing them up I noticed that one was about 3 inches longer than the other. Is that normal, and if not what would be the cause of that, just bad quality control? They were bassett long collector belled headers for a 454 if that matters.

BB chevy clean but needs to be polished. these are real nice asking 125 for the pair with clamps obo.

looking for a set of bbc 2 1/4 primary water jacketed lightining headers

Ok, how do you keep a set of headers or zoomie's to keep from bluing if you don't run water? I had a set of zoomies that were nice and chrome and ran them for 10 min. and instant blue. Is there a way to get that off or a way to keep it from getting worse.

What you guys think is going on here ? E85 and about 2-4# boost at 30* timing Carb builder says not enough timing and excessive fuel burning in collectors , cooking off coating at that point and to bump timing up to 34* to get more burn in cylinders any other guesses ? Hate to burn this...
