At the end of this season I am thinking of ditching the OT's and going to Thru Hulls...I am also hoping to go back to twin turbos. It will still be (in all likelihood) open engine bay...but what is a good way of doing thru hulls from Turbos mounted on logs (ala old Banks style)...

My car build is done, and ready for a boat again. 8k max. The cheaper the better, no motor is fine too as long as just drop one in and go condition. Nothing more than 8k please.
