  1. best method to paint marine oil pan?

    I am sure others here have had the same problem. Most marine oil pans seem to be finished with some sort up gold anodizing or something. Paint just does not want to stick to it so, what to do? Is there a certain primer or other prep that helps it stick better? I thought of sand blasting it...
